Are you enjoying the club, the parades, the parties, the cruises, the shows?
Cool. Now it’s time to get out of the bleachers and into the game.
We need lots of new folks…lots of new volunteers please. SIMPLE places to serve…for real!
We need some dedicated folks to help out at the entrance to the show. This requires a few folks to arrive early with beaming smiles to welcome our guests. All you will do is collect the money and point them to parking…SO EASY. If we have enough volunteers, we can do shifts…how’s that for simple??
Judging…this is also a very simple deal. You walk around in pairs going Oooo…Ahhh over each vehicle, fill out a simple score sheet, and move on to the the next vehicle. SO SIMPLE…and only takes about 30 minutes if you have 1 class to judge. The more volunteers, the quicker this goes. Easy peasy stuff.
We can certainly use help with setting up the Silent Auction stuff too. Susan Price is SO GOOD at this, but setting up tables and placing items and taping down the sheets takes a little time. Besides, you can get your name on the things you want really early too??!!
Lots more things to do, but we are only 5 weeks away and the Board members are very busy getting details taken care of. WE NEED YOU to throw your hats in the ring…PLEASE?
